Various Napa Superior Court staff have contributed to NapaHelp project start-up and are responsible for day-to-day database operations. Larry Tolbert, Unified Family Court Resource Specialist, authorizes agency participation, assists with their data entry, and chairs the NapaHelp I&R ACTION Community Task Force. Ines DeLuna, Unified Family Court Case Coordinator, reviews and authorizes the Spanish translation of agency information. Tammy Glathe, Family Court Services Director, supervises Unified Family Court (UFC) Program operations, which includes the NapaHelp database project. Two other UFC team members contributed their project development expertise: Georgene Larsen, former Assistant Court Executive Officer, and Robin Fielding, former Family Court Services Director.

Court Information Technology (IT) staff -- Eric Siedentopf, Lisa Fitt, Debbie Stroup and Nathan Sargent, under the guidance of IT Manager Jeannette Vannoy -- provide ongoing technical support. Former IT Senior Technology Analyst Paul Krallie designed the NapaHelp logo and provided early-stage technical support. The above Unified Family Court and Information Technology staff have implemented the NapaHelp online directory with the direction and support of Court Executive Officer Stephen A. Bouch and the Napa Superior Court judicial officers.

The Court thanks and acknowledges the support of the Napa Valley Coalition of Non-Profit Agencies. Special recognition is extended to Coalition Board Chair Joelle Gallagher; Board Secretary Diana Short who has served as the Coalition’s liaison to the I&R ACTION Community Task Force; Jaime Murrillo and Ismail Akman who served as task force liaisons for the Napa County Health & Human Services Agency; all staff and management who have entered and authorized use of information on their agencies in NapaHelp; and all those individuals who represented their community-based agencies at task force meetings while NapaHelp was under development. Without their commitment and ongoing support, this collaborative undertaking for the benefit of the Napa community would not have been possible.
